Une labellisation dédiée aux professionnels

L’obtention du label QualiRépar est réservée aux professionnels de la réparation d’équipements électriques et électroniques, qualifiés et compétents dans ce domaine. La labellisation concerne aussi bien les artisans réparateurs que les réparateurs industriels, ou encore les SAV des fabricants et distributeurs. Leur point commun étant le savoir-faire et la qualité de leur travail pour diagnostiquer les pannes et réparer les produits concernés.

Un niveau d’exigence élevé

Le référentiel du label QualiRépar, qui définit les critères d’obtention, a été conçu avec l’organisme certificateur indépendant Bureau Veritas. La labellisation sera délivrée sur la base d’un audit réalisé sur site, et non sur une base déclarative comme cela peut être le cas avec une charte.

Le label, exigeant tout en restant accessible, est attribué pour une durée de 3 ans renouvelable, lors de laquelle un audit de suivi est réalisé à mi-parcours, afin de s’assurer que le réparateur labellisé répond toujours aux critères. Cela permet de garantir une qualité de service et un professionnalisme qui contribuent à l’image positive des métiers du secteur auprès des clients, mais aussi des jeunes en cours d’orientation professionnelle.
